Aristocrat have launched their land-based slot game, Werewolf Wild online, adding to their roster of online video slot games which also includes their popular Queen Of The Nile slot plus both 50 Dragons and one of my own favourites, 50 Lions.

Personally, I think Werewolf Wild is an odd one, although perhaps not as odd as the More Chilli slot! It has a bit of the Zorro about it with it's extra in-play features like the random extra wilds and the coin multipliers but it's definately far higher variance (ie: it's volatile!). Getting a big win requires a feature - either the extra wilds feature (see the video above for a good hit on this) or the free spin feature.

You get 7, 14 or 28 free spins depending on whether you trigger it with 3, 4 or 5 scatters and then you get extra wilds in one of two ways on each spin: either by way of the randomiser you get in normal play or by way of the "Werewolf Touch" feature. In the latter, every time a Werewolf Wild lands, it makes any "people" symbols that edge it in any direction wild. Then, each of those does the same. Hard to explain actually - the video shows it in action and will do a far better job than I can!

Overall, I'd say Werewolf Wild is a good slot, but not my favourite. I prefer 50 Lions myself. It's hard to get a big hit on this one although it does a good job of entertaining you on the way.
