IGT have released several Monopoly slots over the past few years both online and in land-based and to be honest none of them have ever really grabbed me. And the new Monopoly You're In The Money slot (shown above) is the same. It's too low variance for me, meaning you get lots of very small wins but rarely a big one. In fact, in all th etesting I did the most I hit was about 20x my bet!

But to be fair I am a big fan of IGT slots in general and although this specific game doesn't grab me I can see why it will appeal to the low rollers out for some fun and modest profits. It's not hard to win on - just don't expect to walk away a millionaire! The Monopoly slots have also been a popular licence in Vegas casinos with the multiplayer Monopoly Train slot machine proving a hit. Be nice to see that one come online one day but for now, IGT's Star Trek Movie slot is where my money goes!

At present I haven't done videos of the other Monopoly slots for the Slotjunkies site for the reasons stated above but if you watch this one you'll pretty much get the picture for all of them - it's really the features that vary. The wild reels feature in Monoply You're In the Money is the redeeming feature - I've had 3 reels wild on several occasions already - be lovely to see all 5 although I would imagine, as in Microgaming's (much better!) Thunderstruck 2 that will happen only once in a blue moon!
