There are now two different versions of Microgaming's popular Tomb Raider slot to play, this being the original, the other more recent one being innovatively called Tombraider II (OK, to be fair they added the strap "Secret of the Sword" to it)! While the new Tombraider 2 has 30 paylines and provides a far richer graphical experience, it's lower variance and provides a quite different game to the original version of the game shown in the video above. My personal preference is marginally for this one - I think Microgaming did a very good job with the follow up, but this 15 line version, although more basic, has slightly better potential for winning IMO. At least the online casinos using Microgaming softare (see right) have both Tombraider slots so you can switch around. On this version, you get 10 free spins at 3x on the feature round, triggered as ever by 3 or more scatters in view and there is a second "idols" bonus which awards up to around 20x max. It edges towards medium variance so expect some dry spells, but when it's in a good mood it's a fun slot to be playing.
