I actually first came across the Pharaoh's Secrets slot in a land-based casino in Budapest - I hadn't realised that it was a clone of Playtech's online game which is now available at a number of online casinos. Although it's probably not quite as good as IGT's Pharaohs Fortune, it's a neat slot with a free spins feature and expanding wild symbols which you have to activate (see the video) prior to spinning. It's relatively low variance so the free spins are quite regular, but they only pay at standard rate. The key is to try and get the expanding wilds on reels 2, 3 and 4 which then gives out some decent wins. Although you'll never win as big as you can on Playtech's more high variance slots like the Gladiator slot or my own personal favourite, the Great Blue slot with it's big free spin multipliers, Pharaoh's Secrets can still give you some reasonable profits and being low variance, your money lasts longer than on Great Blue.
