Confession: until WMS released the Wizard Of Oz slot I always thought you spelled it "Wizzard Of Oz" LOL. D'oh. Anyway, those of you who play the video slots at land-based in the USA will know all about the Wizard Of Oz slots. There are at least 3 different versions I have seen and the online version, as shown in the video above, is probably my least favorite. That said, it's still pretty good and has three different bonus features along with a random stacked wild feature. The video shows you all of these in action.

There are quite a number of WMS slots online now including video slots from their popular Hot Hot Penny and Super Respin series. The Wizard Of Oz slot doesn't use these concepts - it's totally unique - but it has a charm of it's own. Although not my favorite WMS video slot, I have played the Wizard slot a fair bit since it appeared and I am warming to it. The random feature with the Fairy Godmother making 1 or more reels wild is really neat (same as in the land-based "Good Witch" 3D version) and when you get the bonus, the Winged Monkey feature is fun (extra wild symbols). Bit harsh really as she's not really a witch IMO!

Personally I prefer the Zeus slot, which is also now online, or the surprisingly addictive Egyptian Riches slot which doesn't have free spins but does have a feature that happens pretty regularly and seems to reward well.
